Butterwick Hospice Fundraising

It was lovely to meet with Laura from The Butterwick Hospice in Bishop Auckland to hand over a cheque from all the hard work.

Over the past few months Dot Whitehouse, from Whitehouse Funeral Service and her merry helpers have been putting on lots of events to raise funds for The Butterwick Hospice.

With everything counted up she was able to hand over a cheque for £602.00.

'With lots of hard work from lots of people it is brilliant that we have been able to raise such an amount' said Dot 'I do hope to keep pressing forward with lots of other events'. 'It was lovely to meet Laura, from The Butterwick Hospice and further strengthen our relationship with a wonderful charity'
