For April's charity, Dorothy Whitehouse and the ladies from Sharing Together Crafts have chosen to donate £200 to Northumbria Blood Bikes. A cheque was presented to Rob Pattinson from Northumbria Blood Bikes on Friday 5th April.

Northumbria Blood Bikes is a charitable organisation established by local volunteers to deliver essential blood and other urgent medical supplies out of hours between hospitals and healthcare sites in North East England.

Northumbria Blood Bikes exists entirely on charitable donations. As the service expands they will need more bikes and more funds to cover the running costs.
